It seems unbelievable, but more than half the food produced in our country isn’t eaten. It could just be surplus, but frequently it never makes it to traditional store shelves for cosmetic reasons – it doesn’t look as good as we’d like. A London, Ontario entrepreneur is out to change that and his business is quickly expanding. Manesa Dhanabalan reports.
