“It doesn’t feel good.” Victims of Dayton contractor scammer reflect on new lawsuit

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT)- Attorney General Dave Yost calls him a serial scammer who preyed Memorial Day tornado victims. A lawsuit has just been filed against Robert Green of TK Home Improvements, accusing him of stealing nearly $100,000 from homeowners. Jennifer Mullins says TK improvements stole nearly $8,000 dollars from her. She’s come to terms with her losses but tells me she just doesn’t want to see this happen to any more people. “I had to let it go and be at peace with it,” said Mullins.
