Morton Grove police: Men charged with taking money for home repairs and failing to do work

Young H. Chung, 47, of the 1800 block of Palm Drive, Mount Prospect, and Min S. Kim, 49, of the 1200 block of Roth, Wheeling, were each charged with theft on Dec. 29, police said. According to police, both men were paid approximately $5,762 to do home repairs, but did not complete the work and did not return the money. Court information was not listed.
