FEMA program could help winter storm survivors with home repairs, property losses

SAN ANTONIO – If you’re still having trouble making repairs after last months’ historic winter storm, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) might be able to lend you a hand. Since President Joe Biden’s Feb. 19 major disaster declaration in Texas, more than $600,000 has now been awarded in grants for survivors.
