City home repair program aims to assist low-income homeowners impacted by winter storm

The City of Austin announced their home repair program, aimed to help low-income homeowners recover from the effects of the recent winter storm, would be increasing its funding by one million dollars. In a press release on Sunday, officials say the funding was made possible through a transfer from Austin Water.
